Privacy Policy: Settlement Range Timesheet for Jira

This policy explains how the Jira Cloud app “Settlement Range Timesheet for Jira” (the “App”), published by kpab (weshipd), handles data.
Where the App runs
The App is built on Atlassian Forge. It runs in your browser inside Jira Cloud. It has no servers of its own and does not use Forge functions or Forge storage.
What the App reads and why
Using the permissions you grant at installation, the App reads issues and worklogs of the Jira project where you open it, the display names of the people who logged work, and the settings described below.
read:jira-work: read issues and worklogs in the project to total each member’s hours for the month, and read the project property that holds hour ranges, rate method and rounding.read:jira-user: read the current user’s own user property that holds monthly fees and rates, and show members’ display names.write:jira-work: required by Jira to write the current user’s own user property. What the App stores, and where
All data stays in your Jira site.
- Hour ranges, rate method and rounding settings are saved as a Jira project property.
- Monthly fees and hourly rates are saved as a Jira user property of the person who enters them. Other project members cannot read them; Jira administrators can.
What we receive
Nothing. The App does not send your Jira data, worklogs or amounts to us or to any third party. We do not collect analytics, use advertising or tracking cookies, or sell data.
CSV files
When you export a CSV, your browser saves the file directly to your computer. It is not sent to us.
Billing
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace. We do not receive your payment card details.
Removing data
Uninstalling the App does not delete the project and user properties it created. In the App, “設定を消す” (delete settings) removes a member’s fee and range from the stored settings. Jira administrators can remove the properties through the Jira REST API.
Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page with a new date.

kpab（屋号 weshipd）が提供する Jira Cloud アプリ「精算幅つき月次工数表（Settlement Range Timesheet for Jira）」（以下「本アプリ」）が扱う情報についての方針です。
動く場所
本アプリは Atlassian Forge で作られ、Jira Cloud の中の利用者のブラウザで動きます。運営者のサーバーはなく、Forge の関数・保存領域も使いません。
読み取る情報と理由
インストール時に許可された権限で、開いたプロジェクトの課題と作業記録、作業した人の表示名、下記の設定を読み取ります。
read:jira-work: プロジェクトの課題と作業記録を読み、要員ごとの月の時間を合計します。時間の幅・方式・丸めを入れたプロジェクトのプロパティも読みます。read:jira-user: 開いている本人のユーザープロパティ（月額・単価）を読み、要員の表示名を出します。write:jira-work: 本人のユーザープロパティへの書き込みに Jira が要求します。課題や作業記録は作成も変更もしません。write:project.property:jira: 時間の幅・方式・丸め（金額は入れません）をプロジェクトのプロパティに保存します。write:user.property:jira: 本人のユーザープロパティに月額・単価を保存します。
保存するもの・保存先
データはすべて利用者の Jira サイトの中にあります。
- 時間の幅・精算方式・丸めは、Jira のプロジェクトプロパティに保存されます。
- 月額と単価は、入力した本人の Jira ユーザープロパティに保存されます。プロジェクトのほかのメンバーは読めません（Jira 管理者は読めます）。
運営者が受け取るもの
ありません。Jira のデータ・作業記録・金額を運営者や第三者へ送りません。アクセス解析、広告や追跡のクッキーは使わず、データの販売もしません。
CSV
CSV の出力では、ブラウザが利用者のパソコンへ直接保存します。運営者へは送られません。
課金
サブスクリプションは Atlassian Marketplace で Atlassian が販売・請求します。運営者はカード情報を受け取りません。
データの削除
アンインストールしても、本アプリが作ったプロジェクト・ユーザーのプロパティは消えません。アプリ内の「設定を消す」で、その要員の月額と幅が保存された設定から消えます。Jira 管理者は Jira REST API でプロパティを削除できます。
